Follow these steps to convert old Voter ID card into new PVC Voter ID Card.
- First of all, go to the official website of Election Commission of India (ECI) https://voters.eci.gov.in and know about their new options.
- For this you will have to go to Voter Service Portal.
- Click on Sign up here.
- After this, fill all the required details and click on the Continue option.
- After registering, select the Form 8 option.
- After that submit your voter number.
- Check the ID card details and click on OK button to submit.
- Then select the option of Issue of Replacement.
- After that, check the details of option A, B and C and click on the next option.
- For new voter card, choose option second or third.
- Enter current location in option D and capture code in option E and submit.
- Finally the ID card details will appear, check it again and submit the case.
- Now you can also track your Voter ID with the generated reference number.
- The colorful PVC Voter ID card will arrive at your home in a few days.

- Visit ECI Portal https://voters.eci.gov.in/
- Click on Track Application Status.
- Enter your EPIC number or application ID.
- Click on Track.
